Superfreq is an international community, quality events brand & record label for innovative yet fun house & techno.
The Superfreq Record label was set up in Autumn 2003 but after 8 EPs & 1 album release was put on the shelf in 2006. After a 6 year hiatus, Superfreq was re-launched in February 2013 with Mr.C’s “I’m Gonna Give You Some EP” & has since been releasing a new EP every 3 weeks or so:
The label Artist Roster includes mostly new talent, as Superfreq is a platform for up & coming creativity as well as a few old masters, which keeps the music on Superfreq cutting edge & bit different from the techno & house norm.
The Superfreq label is the recording arm of Superfreq events, which is a worldwide events brand hosting residencies in London & Los Angeles & one off events the world over.
Founded by resident Mr.C at The End Club in February 2002 as a monthly Saturday night event, Superfreq has been entertaining discerning clubbers into innovative dance music & quality life styles since 2002, In the summer of 2003 Superfreq completed it’s first full season in Ibiza throwing weekly parties at club Underground, the success of which caused Superfreq to switch it’s monthly London events from Saturdays to weekly Sundays, in an effort to recreate the community spirit that it had captured in it’s first full season in Ibiza & also the launch of the record label.
Superfreq Events achieved seven full seasons in Ibiza, three at Club Underground before moving to the infamous DC10 for two season and then after a one season hiatus, returning to Ibiza in 2009 at club Blu. Superfreq has also completed various annual tours of South America, as well as regular events with G.U.M in Ecuador. Superfreq has done one off shows the world over including U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, China, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Lithuania, Croatia, Greece, Latvia & Russia.
Superfreq events are about cutting edge dance music, quality entertainment & mischievous fun, as an agent of dance music & Human evolution. Due to this, Superfreq events will remain for the most part boutique events. Superfreq is about pushing quality cutting edge house & techno to discerning adults with the aim to help these people to celebrate life.
